Director's Message

Greetings to all

First and foremost, I would like to express my gratitude to each and every one of you for being a part of the IntelliTek family.

IntelliTek's roots can be traced back to the inception of Christopher Career Institute (CCI), and it is crucial to understand the story behind how CCI came into existence. Allow me to share with you the sincere account of the birth of CCI, which stems from the hardships I endured.

Growing up, my parents struggled to make ends meet, and providing us with proper food was a constant challenge. I will never forget the seven years of my life during which I often went without food and sometimes had to beg for it from our neighbors. Witnessing my parents' fierce battle with poverty, as the eldest brother to three sisters, I keenly understood the pain they endured. I could write an entire book about my life, but these experiences have molded me into a mature individual who truly comprehends the power of education and skill development. They have shown me the path to a meaningful life and how one can become a better citizen.

Starting CCI was not an easy feat, as I lacked the necessary funds. The first student, Pervesh, who knew me well and recognized my teaching abilities and dedication, approached me and expressed his desire to learn computers. I honestly admitted that I did not have computers at the time. However, I showed interest in his aspirations and accepted his admission fees, even though I didn't know where I would teach him. In short, I reached out to a friend, Mr. Shriom, and requested a small space in his office where I could conduct classes. He graciously provided me with a key, and after his office hours, I started teaching Pervesh there.

Obtaining the first computer also involved an interesting story. For a few months, I conducted classes in my friend's office, but we faced electricity problems due to the absence of a proper meter. I approached many people, requesting a room to teach, but I made it clear that I couldn't afford to pay rent. Eventually, a kind gentleman named Mr. Roshan Lal offered me a storage room on the terrace of his building. The room was filled with discarded video game materials, so I organized and covered them with white sheets to create space for the students. Gradually, more students started joining, and I managed to acquire tables, chairs, fans, and other essentials. From 1998 to 2006, I taught there, and then, by the grace of God, I was blessed with my own house and institute. Since then, I have helped numerous institutes and collaborated with various organizations. My primary focus has always been to educate the youth. I began this journey alone, and now I have a dedicated team working alongside me to expand this noble work. Our efforts are rapidly bearing fruit. This is just a brief glimpse into my story; if I were to detail it further, it would fill a whole book.

Despite being trained in programming and having the opportunity to secure a job easily in any office, my main goal has always been to assist young people in standing on their own feet. It is evident that the foundation of CCI was not built on money but on knowledge and perseverance.

By now, you must have grasped the essence of CCI and how IntelliTek is an extension of its mission.

The commencement of IntelliTek coincided with the challenging times of the pandemic, which brought the world to a standstill. The field of education, like many others, was severely affected. All our branches were forced to shut down, and I had to let go of all the staff. I found myself drowning in a sea of debt, with no hope in sight. I felt utterly defeated and fell into a deep depression. It seemed impossible for me to rise again. However, in that state, I turned to prayer and found the courage to make a promise to God. I vowed that if I could overcome this situation, I would help others facing similar problems. It is true that the pandemic has created difficulties for nearly everyone. Thus, we are launching IntelliTek to assist people in various ways, be it in education, guidance, employment, or financial matters.

Allow me to summarize it in my own words. After enduring these trials and tribulations, I can confidently say that it was a period of transformation for me. My primary objective is to support others in any way possible. That is why I changed the previous motto, "Mountains are not shattered by power but by Technique," to "Nothing in this world can be compared with the Power of Almighty God." Furthermore, I assure you that IntelliTek will operate based on SS, which stands for "Sincerity and Spirituality."

In conclusion, IntelliTek represents the continued evolution of CCI.

Now, let me briefly outline my work experience over the years:

Started as a Computer Teacher and later promoted to Technical Director. I successfully established more than fifteen trades and witnessed thousands of students graduate from that institute.
